1. Services Provided
Snap Fitness Rosemount offers wellness services including (but not limited to) sauna sessions, CryoFuzion Recovery Pod, massage chairs, and red light therapy. All services are provided by appointment only and subject to availability.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book services independently. Minors under 18 must have consent and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Health and Wellness Disclaimer
Our services are intended for general wellness and relaxation. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Always consult your healthcare provider before beginning any wellness service, especially if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, or other medical concerns.
By booking with us, you confirm that:
You are in suitable health to use the services selected
You understand and accept the inherent risks of using the afore mentioned services
You release Snap Fitness Rosemount and its staff from liability for injuries or health issues that may arise from participation
You agree that you have no open wounds, infections, or other skin conditions that could be transferred to others
4. Booking and Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be booked in advance through our website or in person
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment to receive a refund or avoid a fee
Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable
No-shows are non-refundable and may result in future booking restrictions
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services in cases of emergency, staff availability, or facility maintenance.
5. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely via Stripe
Payment is required at the time of booking
Prices are subject to change without notice
Gift cards or promotional offers are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services and the time reserved for each client, we do not offer refunds for services rendered or for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance.
7. Client Conduct
We strive to provide a peaceful and respectful environment. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any client who behaves inappropriately or violates these Terms.
