Co-Ed Dry Sauna & Chromotherapy
A dry sauna uses heated air to warm the body, promote relaxation, and support general wellness. Our co-ed cedar sauna is located inside Snap Fitness – Rosemount in Apple Valley, MN, featuring tiered benches, chromotherapy color lighting, and an adjacent stone fireplace relaxation lounge. The sauna is not booked separately — it is included for Snap Fitness members, and included same-day for any non-member who books a Tanning or Red Light session.

The Benefits of Regular Sauna Use
Many guests use the sauna for muscle relaxation, a general sense of cardiovascular wellness, and deep mental relaxation. Some research suggests regular sauna use may support general wellbeing.
Relaxation & Refresh
Many guests enjoy the deep sweating and warmth of the sauna as a refreshing way to feel lighter, cleaner, and restored after every session.
Cardiovascular & Circulation
Heat dilates blood vessels and raises your heart rate gently — a passive cardiovascular workout that supports healthy circulation over time.
Muscle & Joint Relief
Soothing dry heat eases post-workout soreness, loosens stiff joints, and relaxes tight muscles so you move more freely.
Deeper Sleep & Calm
A warm session lowers stress hormones and signals the body to unwind, supporting more restful sleep and a calmer, clearer mind.
Glowing, Healthy Skin
Increased blood flow nourishes the skin surface while sweating clears pores, promoting a clearer, more radiant complexion.
Chromotherapy Balance
Therapeutic color light helps balance mood and energy, easing mental tension and elevating your sense of wellbeing during each session.
The Power of Combining Therapies
Each of our services is powerful on its own — but booked back-to-back, they amplify one another. Layering therapies is the fastest path to total-body renewal, and non-members who book Tanning or Red Light already receive complimentary same-day Sauna and Massage Chair access to do exactly that.
Red Light + Dry Sauna
Many guests start with red light to feel refreshed and relaxed, then move into the sauna's deep warmth. Some research suggests light and heat may complement each other for a deeper sense of full-body recovery and relaxation than either session alone.
Sauna + Massage Chair
Dry heat helps many guests feel loose and relaxed. Stepping into the zero-gravity massage chair while still warm lets the rollers and compression work into softened, comfortable tissue — a soothing way to ease everyday tension and post-workout soreness.
Red Light + Massage
Red light is used by many guests for general relaxation and recovery, while the massage chair relieves surface tension. Together they offer a combined inside-out approach to feeling less stiff, more mobile, and calmer.
Tanning + Red Light
Starting with red light therapy before you tan is a favorite combo for a smoother, more radiant glow. Some research suggests red light may support collagen production and increase blood circulation, which can improve skin texture and hydration. Healthier, better-prepped skin tends to absorb tanning light more evenly, helping reduce patchiness for a longer-lasting, more uniform color — a complete head-to-toe confidence boost.
The Full Recovery Circuit: Red Light → Sauna → Massage → Tanning. Book a multi-service visit and feel the difference of layered wellness. Ask our team in-club about stacking sessions.
