The Fire and Ice experience was absolutely amazing! I was really nervous to try an ice bath at first, and it'll take some getting used to. But having the sauna in the room helped so much! It was a private experience as well which was great. Room was so comfortable and the lighting was awesome. I'll be going back.

The float pod is life changing for me. I suffer from chronic back pain and there are no float pods close to apple valley, until now. They make such a difference in my pain, I'll be going at least once a month. Room was rad looking to!

I had a great time. It's nestled inside a gym, but you'd never know it once you get into your suite. I did the ice bath and then used the larger, communal sauna and the massage chairs. I will be coming back! Everything was so clean and new, the lighting was so pretty!
